Insurance Reimbursement

Does Divine Spark accept insurance for massage therapy sessions?

We ask that our clients check with their insurance provider prior to their appointment to determine the insurance company's policies regarding reimbursement for therapeutic massage services. Divine Spark does not accept insurance cards and does not bill insurance companies directly for payment of services.

Upon completion of the massage therapy session, payment is due in full from the client for services rendered. Upon request, we will provide an invoice/receipt on company letter head which lists the services that were provided during the appointment.  Clients then submit this invoice directly to their insurance company, Flexible Spending Account (FSA) provider, Health Spending Account (HSA) provider, or Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA) for reimbursement.
