The Sacral chakra is the focal point of our emotions, creativity, creation and sexual energy.
It’s the core from where we experience and process emotions
It's the center of artistic expression
It is where we experience sexual pleasure and procreation.
When balanced, it connects us to others through feeling, sensation, and warmth, allowing for flexibility and adaptability.
Color: Orange, representing warmth, intimacy, and a connection to our sensual selves.
Location: The sacral chakra is located in the lower abdomen, about 2 inches below the navel.
Balanced Sacral Chakra:
A harmonious sacral chakra manifests as a healthy and stable emotional life.
Intimate relationships and sexual pleasure is healthy and balanced.
