Divine Spark is a holistic healing center seeking a talented, passionate and caring massage therapist to join our team. We have been recognized for the past 2 years (2020 & 2021) as one of the best massage practices in Richmond VA by Expertise. We offer a beautiful & peaceful work environment where the therapists are valued and paid well. All materials are provided (lotion, sheets, tools etc.)
If you know Reiki it's a plus! If not, we will lovingly train the right candidate who is interested in learning Reiki.
The candidate should be comfortable with a wide range of massage modalities including but not limited to: Swedish, Deep tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, NMT, and PNF. Thai Massage is a plus but is not required.
Paid training is provided for Reiki, Cupping, Scraping/IASTM, Hot Herbal Compress Massage, Dry Brushing & Himalayan Stone Massage.
Details of Contract:
$49.50-$63 per hour plus tips (55% to 60% Commission + Tips) (If you are already a seasoned Reiki practitioner or a Thai Massage therapist, pay is 60% commission + tips) <3
We are looking for a Massage therapist to take clients Saturdays, Sundays & Mondays.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
A passion for helping others
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Effective Communication and exceptional customer service skills
The ability to work independently (key holder, open and/or close the spa, receive clients and take payment)
A minimum of 1 year experience as a massage therapist and
Experience working in a spa environment (at least 1 year experience preferred)
The ability to retain clients and build a treatment plan for the client based on their individual needs
Current License in massage therapy in the state of VA'
