Her sessions blend crystal Reiki, chakra healing, sound therapy, guided meditation, and psychic insight to create a sacred space for release, clarity, and inner alignment. Mousie channels higher-dimensional guidance and wisdom to help clients navigate spiritual awakening, emotional healing, and personal evolution. She is also a licensed massage therapist and yoga instructor trained in Kundalini, vinyasa, and restorative yoga. In addition to one-on-one work, Mousie facilitates sound baths, metaphysical workshops, and community healing events. Her approach is heart-centered, intuitive, and grounded in ancient wisdom.
