Position Details:

​

• 1099 independent contractor position

• Flexible scheduling (full or part-time)

• Commission-based pay with generous rates (45-60%)

• Automatic 2.5% pay increases every 6 months

• Clientele provided—we do the marketing so you can focus on your healing work

• 30 minutes between clients for rest, notes, water, and energetic reset.

• All supplies provided including lotion, essential oils, sheets, etc...

Hiring for 3 to 5 Day Shift (Sat Required):

• Wednesday 2:30-8:30pm

• Thursday 2:30-8:30pm

• Friday 12:30-6:30pm

• Sat 11am-5pm (Sat Required)

• Sun 11am-5pm

What You’ll Do:

​

• Provide high-quality, intuitive massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs

• Collaborate with a team of holistic practitioners in a peaceful and professional space

• Maintain a clean, calm, and energetically clear treatment environment

• Create treatment plans and rebook the client accordingly

• Learn new modalities and receive paid training to enhance your skills!

• Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Virginia

• Passionate about holistic healing and working on a deeper level with clients

• Interested in or already certified in Reiki, energy work, or alternative healing methods (not required—we’ll train the right person!

• Reliable, grounded, and excellent with communication

• Comfortable working as an independent contractor and managing your own taxes (we can provide tips, it's easier than you think!)

• Open to feedback and continuous development

• Do you know Thai Massage? Bonus! Don't worry if you don't know Thai, it's not a deal breaker.
