Reiki 1: This class is designed for anyone who is interested in increasing their psychic abilities, learning how to use Reiki for self-healing or would like to begin or enhance their path as a healer. Techniques will be learned for self-healing, administering Reiki to others as well as harnessing energy to provide healing to any situation.

"Taking this class was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself. I am looking forward to the transformation that’s to come over the next 3 months! One thing that I think was really instrumental to the class was booking that Intuitive Coaching session with you one month before the class. It gave me an opportunity to assess the state of my chakras and inquire about any gifts I wasn’t aware of. It was so informative and allowed me a full month to process that information, research all concepts I wasn’t familiar with, and dabble with connecting with my spirit guides. I felt so much more prepared for the class because of it. It allowed me to really hone in and focus on the reiki practice techniques and not get too caught up on my ability to connect with my guides and appreciate whether or not my clairs were working. Even though my ability to sense my clairs is very green, I think just hearing in our coaching session that everything would reveal itself at the right time gave me the patience and confidence I needed for the class. I don’t know if it’s worthwhile to recommend taking an intuitive coaching session before the class, but I can say with confidence that it made a big difference for me.
