We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist who feels drawn to energy work and holistic healing. This position is ideal for someone who wants to move beyond routine massage and grow within a spiritually grounded, supportive environment.

Divine Spark is a holistic healing studio in Richmond, VA specializing in advanced therapeutic massage, Reiki, energy work, sound healing, and integrative wellness experiences.

We serve clients seeking deeper healing — physically, emotionally, and energetically. Our work blends clinical skill with intuitive presence.

We are not a high-volume spa. We are a healing-centered practice devoted to transformation, client relationships, and whole-body integration.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Virginia Licensed Massage Therapist

• Intuitive, grounded, and professional

• Strong communication & consultation skills

• Comfortable working independently

• Open to energy work, crystals, sound healing, or other energy-based modalities

• Seeking a long-term professional home

Your Role

• Deliver customized, intuitive massage sessions

• Blend therapeutic and energetic techniques as appropriate

• Conduct thorough pre- and post-session consultations

• Maintain a calm, regulated presence

• Uphold Divine Spark’s ethical and energetic standards​

Benefits & Work Environment

• $53.55 per hour starting pay (plus 100% tips)

• 2.5% increases every 6 months

• 30 minutes between appointments (no rushing)

• Beautiful, energetically grounded treatment rooms

• Linens and lotions provided

• Singing bowls, aromatherapy, warmers, crystals provided

Available Shifts (Sunday Required)

3–4 days per week

• Sun 11-5pm

• Mon 2:30-8:30pm

• Tues 2:30-8:30pm

• Thurs 2:30-8:30pm
