Reiki & Energywork: Reiki & Energywork are a key differentiator at Divine Spark. Please only apply if you have an interest in learning Reiki to add to your practice and are enthusiastic about learning crystal healing and sound healing. We will lovingly teach passionate candidates all the things when it comes to Reiki/energywork, crystal healing & sound healing.

 

Are you tired of getting paid a fraction of what you're worth due to Groupons, memberships and discounted services where the business expects you to take the hit? At Divine Spark we pay you the same amount even when we run a special. We take the hit for the discount so that you receive consistent pay.

Are you exhausted from taking clients with only 5 to 10 min in between each client? At Divine Spark we have a minimum of 30 minutes in between each session.

Are you sick of having to constantly upsell and pressure your clients into "upgrading" their appointment with add-ons? At Divine Spark we honor the client's initial booking with zero upselling so that they can relax and enjoy their session. We make professional recommendations after their session based on what we found on what services we feel they might benefit from in the future.

Feeling like it's groundhog's day? Are you bored with offering the same old massage over and over? At Divine Spark we train and mentor our massage practitioners so that they can offer a variety of services such as Fire Cupping, Scraping/IASTM, Himalayan stone, Herbal Compress Massage, Crystal Massage,  Reiki, Sound Healing, Crystal Healing, Reiki w/Intuitive Coaching, and Massage & Reiki Bliss.

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented, passionate, and caring massage therapist to join our team as an independent contractor. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with a wide range of massage modalities including but not limited to: Swedish, Deep tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, NMT, and PNF. Thai Massage and Reiki are a plus but are not required. We will also lovingly train the right candidate in Reiki as well as teach them crystal healing and sound healing.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality massage services to clients

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Rebook clients after each session to ensure client retention

• Keep accurate records (SOAP notes) of client information and services provided

​

Qualifications:

• Valid state license to practice massage therapy

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Passionate about helping others

• Interested in learning Reiki, crystal healing and sound healing

Schedule: 

• Are you available to work 4 days a week on Wed-Sat?

• The hours available are weekdays (Wed-Fri) 1:30-7:30pm and Saturdays 10am-4pm or 11am-5pm.

• Once you're fully booked we can look at shifting your schedule to earlier hours or morning shifts.
