Source Energy Exchange: Heart & Third-Eye Activation
Class Description:
This is a guided, experiential energy session designed to give participants an opportunity to slow down, become grounded, and receive intentional energy work in a safe and supportive environment.
We will begin with a brief grounding and energetic shielding practice to settle into the space and prepare for the experience.
Participants will then be invited to receive an individual Heart and Third-Eye Energy Activation, during which I work intentionally with the heart and forehead/third-eye energy centers. Participants are encouraged simply to relax and remain receptive rather than trying to create a particular response.
We will then transition into a longer Quantum Healing Energy Exchange and chakra-clearing experience, allowing each participant the space to have their own individual experience. Some people may notice deep relaxation, emotion, imagery, physical sensations, energetic shifts, or simply a sense of peace and stillness.
No particular response or experience is expected or required.
This is a spiritual and complementary wellness experience and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions.

About the Facilitator:
Donna Werge
I am is a Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Spiritual Coach, and Quantum Healing/Energy Practitioner and the founder of Healing for the Soul’s Calling.
My work combines traditional Reiki, intuitive energy work, grounding practices, chakra work, and energy exchange experiences designed to create a supportive space for personal exploration, relaxation, and connection. I have several informative workshop on my website.
I also teach Usui Reiki Levels I, II, and III/Master, I’ve been teaching for about 6 years guiding students through both the traditional foundations of Reiki and the development of their own relationship with energy work. My approach is centered around one principle: the practitioner creates and holds the space, while each person’s experience is allowed to unfold naturally.
