Space Rental at
Divine Spark
Are you interested in holding a class at Divine Spark?
We are interested in hosting classes such as meditation, breath work, yoga, breathwork, shamanic journeying, healing certification classes, self healing classes, somatic healing classes and anything that supports healing, expansion and growth.

How large is the space?
Our space will hold up to 9 people comfortably sitting on a meditation pillow.

Sound Healing Equipment Use: This does NOT include the use of the Singing Bowls or Sound Bath instruments. Use of the Sound Bath equipment is prohibited. Any broken or damaged instruments as a result of using the space would incur an additional fee according to the replacement value.

How much? (includes 30 min set up time before event starts and a 30min breakdown/clean up time after the event). If you need more set up and/or breakdown time, please include that in the amount of time you rent.
1 Hour: $55 (includes a non-refundable deposit of $55)
2 Hours: $110 (includes a non-refundable deposit of $110)
3 Hours: $165 (includes a non-refundable deposit of $150)
4 Hours: $200 (includes a non-refundable deposit of $150)
8 Hours: $350 (includes a non-refundable deposit of $175)
2 Days: $600 (includes a non-refundable deposit of $300)
5 Days: $1400 (includes a non-refundable deposit of $700)

Receiving Payment from Event Participants:
Divine Spark will collect payment when the students register online
Payment will be sent the day after the event via Venmo minus Paypal fees.
For example:

A $500 payment has a fee of $14.95, therefore you would receive $485.05 per participant who registered.

A $222 payment has a fee of $8.24, therefore you would receive $213.76 per participant who registered.
-
A $55 payment has a fee of $2.41, therefore you would receive $52.59 per participant who registered.
-
A $33 payment has a fee of $1.64, therefore you would receive $31.36 per participatn who registered.

Rescheduled events: If an event is rescheduled due to illness, natural disaster, weather etc... there weill be a $100 fee to update marketing materials, update website, communicate to participants etc.

Cancelled events:

We require 30 days notice prior to the event date to cancel the event in order to receive a refund.

The refund does not include the non-refundable deposIt.

If an event is cancelled and funds need to be refunded via paypal to the participants, the fees charged by Paypal for the transaction will be paid for by the rentee.

Divine Spark will subtract any fees incurred from paypal transactionf from the refund.

Any paypal fees that supercede the refund amount will be collected via invoice from the renter.
