We have always included sound therapy as part of our Reiki sessions and even include it in some of the Thai Massage sessions upon request. Recently, we started offering Sound Baths and they have been hugely popular. After several requests to add it as a service we have added it to our menu of offerings! Your wish is our command!
What is a sound therapy session?
During a sound therapy session or sound bath, quartz crystal singing bowls are played to wash over your entire being a sense of calm relaxation. The bowls are specifically tuned to frequencies which activate and balance your chakras. The vibrations balance your mind, body and spirit on the cellular, molecular and energetic level.
Sound has been used for thousands of years as a tool for healing. The Aborigines, The Egyptians and The Babylonians all integrated sound healing into their practice of medicine when healing a variety of dis-eases.
How to prepare
Wear comfortable clothing and avoid caffeine or heavy meals 2 hours prior to the appointment.
